Noemi Quintana

           I graduated with a bachelor of architecture in Alfonso X el Sabio university in Madrid, in 2009 and a Masters in Structural Engineering in Politécnica de Madrid universitiy in Madrid, in 2011. After that, I continue learning programs which involves creating 3D models and calculation of structures.



           For the past years, I have been involved in the design and development of residential, commercial and offices buildings. As well as dealing with normal everyday concerns of design, comfort and budget, we also focused on energy savings, the environmental impact and creating attractive green spaces.
   
           I was adept at carrying out a wide variety of design and development projects, from drafting and graphic presentation as well as the development of structures, construction details and building services. My extensive background knowledge has allowed me to conceptualize new ideas as needed.



           A key component to my success has been my ability to communicate with the clients and staff, and then, ensure that their needs and requirements are incorporated into the design and budget.

To summarize, my dual strengths are creative imagination and effective implementation.
